🔼 Getting the W. That’s another win for Boise State soccer as the Broncos downed San Jose State, 3-0, last night in Idaho. Asia Lawyer got the scoring started, giving the Broncos a 1-0 lead early in the first half, and Sophie Schmautz added a goal later in the first for the 2-0 lead. Kenzie MacMillan earned assists on both goals. In the 62nd minute, Madie Donovan gave the Broncos the 3-0 lead with her second goal of the season, and Ava de Leest added seven saves to secure the shutout.

Boise State honored alumna and former women’s basketball player Lesley Slaton Brown with a Distinguished Alumni Award this week, celebrating her remarkable path from student-athlete to executive leader. 🔼 Ranked and Ready. Boise State men’s cross country checked in at No. 29 in the latest national rankings! The squad will be back at it next weekend at the Princeton Fall Classic in New Jersey.

🔼 Tournament Time. Boise State women’s tennis battled it out in singles competition at Day 3 of the ITA Mountain Region Championships! Tereza Polakova and Paula Schaefer both posted singles victories yesterday. The tournament runs through Saturday, Oct. 11.

🔼 On the Court. Boise State volleyball fell on the road to Colorado State last night, 3-0. Arianna Bilby paved the way for the Broncos with 11 kills, while Lilli Etter added 24 assists and Bre Mitchell tallied 12 digs. Eliza Sharp and Layla Smith each added four blocks for Boise State. Next up, the Broncos will travel to Laramie to take on Wyoming on Saturday at noon.
