Good Morning, Bronco Nation! The Broncos close out the home schedule tonight at 7 p.m. MT against Washington State with at least a share of the Pac-12 regular-season title available, and an outright crown if Utah State drops its match.

A third straight regular-season championship would be a program first. Boise State already has its tournament berth locked and leads the conference in goal differential, goals-against average, save percentage, and shutouts.

What else is mixed into today’s edition of Good Morning, Bronco Nation?

📈 Walk On, Stand Out
🌎 Across the Map
🔹 And so much more!

🔼 Rewriting the Record Book. That’s how you start a season! Boise State men’s hoops tipped off the 2026-27 campaign last night by setting single-game program records in points, field goals, rebounds, and margin of victory in a 132-53 win over West Coast Baptist. Eight Broncos scored in double figures, itself a team record, led by Dovydas Butka’s 18 and a 15-point, 16-rebound double-double from Jerquarius Stanback. The Broncos put up two 60-point halves and led by as many as 80 before Butler visits Sunday at noon MT.

🔼 B1 Feature: Finding His Way Back to the Family Game. Julian Bowie stepped away from basketball last season after losing his father, Bo, and spent the offseason working his way back. When he returned to the floor against Idaho in October, he put up 21 points, and it was his sister Timmie who caught what the number meant, since 21 was what Bo wore in his own playing days. Bo built the backyard court Julian grew up on and coached him through middle school, and Julian says the advice he leans on most is his dad’s: there’s no reason to be out there if you’re not going to be aggressive.

🔼 On to the Next. A quick turnaround sits right in front of Boise State volleyball after dropping three sets to Oregon State last night. Sadie Snyder, Azlynn Tittmann, and Reese Weinert each tallied seven kills, and Weinert added a team-high four blocks. Head coach Shawn Garus said he believes in this group’s resilience, and he’s looking forward to Saturday’s trip to face conference-leading Colorado State at noon MT.

🔼 Walk-On, Stand Out. Boen Phelps landed on the Burlsworth Trophy nominee list for the second straight year, one of 65 players recognized for starting their careers without a scholarship. The Spokane native leads Boise State in both solo and total tackles while starting every game for a defense ranked 12th nationally against third-down conversions.

🔼 From The Spot. We’ve got an all-new edition of From The Spot with Boise State soccer head coach Jim Thomas he breaks down what the Broncos will need to do to secure a share of the regular season Pac 12 title tonight.

🔼 Chasing a Bid. Three Broncos (Allison Isaacs, Tereza Polakova, and Valentina Vachkova) head to Los Angeles for the ITA Sectional Championships Nov. 5-8, with a 32-player singles draw ahead of them. A deep run means more than a trophy: all four semifinalists and two quarterfinal playoff winners punch tickets to the NCAA Individual Championships in Athens later this month.

🔼 Across the Map. Boise State men’s tennis splits into three tournaments from today through Sunday, with NCAA Championship bids on the line at two of them. Arsene Pougault earned his spot at the ITA Conference Masters by winning the Pac-12 Fall Qualifier singles title, while Filip Soderqvist heads to the West Sectionals after a semifinal run at the Mountain Regionals. Freshmen Eyad Ezzat and Brayden Tallakson handle the Gonzaga Fall Invitational in both singles and doubles.

🔼 Honored in the Classroom. Dr. Roger Munger is one of 20 faculty athletics representatives recognized in the 2026 National Football Foundation Faculty Salutes, bringing a $5,000 donation from Fidelity Investments to Boise State’s academic support services. The recognition comes because Maddux Madsen made the National Scholar-Athlete Class, landing among 18 finalists for the William V. Campbell Trophy. Munger has held the FAR role since 2010, and Madsen will be honored at the NFF Awards Dinner in Las Vegas on Dec. 8.

Which three Boise State soccer players have recorded a multi-goal match this season?
