🔼 On Top. Boise State gymnastics was picked to finish first in the Mountain West Preseason Coaches’ Poll and came in ranked at No. 32 in the WCGA Preseason Coaches’ Poll! The Broncos won the inaugural MW Championships in 2024 and finished as regular season conference champions last season, with head coach Tina Bird earning MW Coach of the Year both seasons. Boise State kicks off the season on Jan. 9 in a dual at Southern Utah.

🔼 Fresh Impact. Boise State’s Aayden Simmons earned Mountain West Men’s Track and Field Freshman of the Week after a stellar performance at the Spokane Indoor Showcase. Making his collegiate debut, Simmons won two events, including the high jump and the triple jump. Simmons and the Broncos are back at it from Jan.16-17 at the Nevada Invitational.

🔼 Conference Opener. Boise State women’s hoops is set to open conference play today on the road. The Broncos will take on New Mexico at 7 p.m. MT, then travel to San Diego State on Dec. 20 at 2 p.m. MT. The Lobos bring an 8-3 record into the contest, while the Aztecs are currently 6-3.
