🔼 Welcome Back Home. Former Bronco and current Detroit Lion Ahmed Hassanein will hoist the Blue Chaos Flag before the MW Championship game tonight.

“It means everything to me to honor the legends that came before me who have raised the Blue Chaos Flag,” Hassanein said. “To be chosen to raise it at this game is truly special and a dream come true.”

🔼 All Blue. Boise State unveiled its all-blue look for tonight’s MW Championship! Last call to be in the stands as the Broncos battle for the title.

🔼 Best in Region. Five Broncos earned spots on the United Soccer Coaches All-Pacific Region teams. Kaitlyn Slocum landed on the first team, while Jillian Anderson, Ali Chatterton, Ava de Leest, and Kenzie MacMillan earned second-team recognition.

🔼 Game Day. Boise State men’s hoops will be back on the hardwood tomorrow at noon MT to take on 7-1 Butler. The game will air on truTV from Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis. The two teams have squared off twice before, with each team claiming a victory. Full preview here.

🔼 Finding An OKG. Boise State men’s basketball coaches knew they found an “OKG” (Our Kind of Guy) in Aginaldo Neto of Angola. Neto’s scouting report stood out, so associate head coach Mike Burns traveled to South Africa to watch AG take the court. Here’s how Neto’s journey brought him to Boise.

🔼 A Season Begins. Boise State track and field will open its indoor season tomorrow with Kaiya Robertson and Alex Thompson at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener in Boston. The two runners will compete individually in a 3k, with the men’s race beginning at 11:55 a.m. MT and the women’s race starting at 1 p.m. MT.

🔼 Broncos in the NFL. 10 former players will compete in the NFL this week. Former college teammates Ashon Jeanty and the Raiders will square off against JL Skinner and the Broncos on Sunday, while Buffalo’s Khalil Shakir will take on the Bengals. Ezra Cleveland and the Jaguars battle AFC South foe Indianapolis on Sunday in the early window; Cleveland played all 63 offensive snaps for the Jags last week. Seattle’s DeMarcus Lawrence, who dominated last week against the Vikings with a sack and forced fumble, will clash with the Falcons. John Bates and Jeremy McNichols will both suit up for the Commanders, who are set to take on the Vikings. The Dolphins and Cedrick Wilson Jr. will kick off against the Jets, while Kellen Moore will lead the Saints against the Buccaneers. Finally, Scott Malock and the Chargers face the Eagles on Monday Night Football.
