Maddux Madsen, who returned from injury, earned Offensive MVP of the game as he passed for 289 yards and three touchdowns, while Ty Benefield earned Defensive MVP honors with seven tackles, one TFL, and a recovered fumble.

🔼 Go Bowling. Boise State will square off against Washington at the Bucked Up LA Bowl Hosted by Gronk on Saturday night! The Broncos (9-4, 6-2 MW) will kick off at 6 p.m MT with the game airing nationally on ABC. The game marks Boise State’s 28th straight bowl appearance, the second-longest active streak in the nation, and the Broncos’ second appearance in the LA Bowl.

🔼 Road Win. Boise State men’s hoops picked up a big road win over Butler on Saturday afternoon at Hinkle Fieldhouse. Dylan Andrews scored 20 points, added six rebounds, and posted three assists to lead the Broncos, while Drew Fielder added 16 points, and Andrew Meadow and Javan Buchanan each notched 10. The Broncos drained 16 of 17 free throw attempts in the second half to secure the 77-68 win. Boise State is back at home this week, hosting Duquesne on Wednesday at 7 p.m. MT.

🔼 High Score. Boise State women’s hoops downed California Baptist, 82-80, at home on Saturday. Dani Bayes scored 20, Tatum Thompson tallied 18, and Natalie Pasco added 15 as the 8-1 Broncos kept rolling. The Broncos hit the road to take on Utah on Wednesday at 7 p.m. MT.

🔼 A New Season. Boise State’s Kaiya Robertson and Alex Thompson opened the 2025-26 indoor track season in Boston on Saturday. Robertson posted her collegiate best time of 9:05.03 in the women’s 3,000m, finishing 15th in the women’s invitational. Thompson ran his own personal best in the men’s 3,000m at 7:57.74, finishing 17th out of 130.
