๐Ÿ”ผ Well-Earned Kudos. Boise State Athletic Director Jeramiah Dickey was named Athletic Director of the Year by the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA).

Since being named director of athletics at Boise State on January 2, 2021, Jeramiah has created an identity and a future for Boise State Athletics through swift, decisive, and intentional action in the best interest of the institution, student-athletes, coaches, staff, alumni and donors.

"Jeramiah is leading the way in collegiate athletics as an innovator, and his work has been invaluable in building the strength of our athletics programs nationally.โ€ - Dr. Marlene Tromp, Boise State University President

๐Ÿ”ผ Putting It All On the Line. The Boise State beach volleyball team began Southland Conference play with a pair of victories on Monday, defeating Houston Christian, 4-1, before taking down San Jose State, 3-1, in a tri-dual hosted by Cal Poly.

The Broncos (6-9, 2-0 SLC) are now tied with three-time defending champion Texas A&M-Corpus Christi for first place in the league standings. The Blue and Orange will look to claim their first regular season conference title next weekend at the SLC Midseason Tournament.

๐Ÿ”ผ Our Cup, Er, Hoop, Runneth Over. A huge thanks to this trio of Boise State womenโ€™s hoopers for the blood, sweat and (hopefully all good) tears theyโ€™ve contributed to the program. Always whatโ€™s next!

๐Ÿ”ผ Food For Thought. If you could have only meal for the rest of your life, what would it be? The Boise State womenโ€™s golf team weighs in, and some have some very specific requests. ๐Ÿคฏ

๐Ÿ”ผ Going Back to Cali. The Boise State softball team concludes a five-game road trip with a nonconference doubleheader at Pacific today (10 a.m. PT/11 a.m. MT-DH) in Stockton, California. The Broncos are 19-9 after being swept at Fresno State in a three-game series to open Mountain West play.

Interestingly enough, the Boise State softball roster contains 15 California natives!

๐Ÿค” BLUE TURF TRIVIA

Pomp and the Perfect Circumstance. Todayโ€™s trivia questionโ€ฆ The Boise State student-athletes have excelled in the classroom under AD Jeramiah Dickey. The Broncos established a department-record 3.42 GPA last spring and matched it this past fall. In November, the Broncos also set a graduation success rate record. What percentage did they reach?
