Raekwon Weatherspoon headlined a big weekend for Boise State track & field, tying the program's long jump school record with a leap of 7.89 meters at the Texas A&M 44 Farms Team Invitational, a mark that matches standards set by Eugene Green (1990) and Savvas Diakonikolas (2008).

Weatherspoon also anchored the 4x100 relay quartet that clocked the fifth-fastest time in program history (40.51), while Priscilla Adu-Gyamfi ran the third-fastest women's 400-meter in school history (54.03). At the NNU Open in Nampa, the Broncos won five event titles.

Boise State recorded 22 collegiate-best marks across both meets and heads next to the Bryan Clay Invitational in Azusa, California, April 16-18.

🔼 Winning at Home. Boise State women's tennis closed out its home schedule in dominant fashion, sweeping New Mexico 4-0 yesterday to finish a perfect 7-0 at home and improve to 17-3, 9-1 in the Mountain West, the most conference wins in program history. Allison Isaacs extended her singles winning streak to 15, improving to 17-2 with 16 wins at No. 4 singles, tied for the most in a single season all-time. Zdena Safarova added a 6-0, 6-3 win at the top spot and freshman Carla Grignac clinched. Boise State heads to Utah State on April 17 for its regular-season finale at 11 a.m. MT.

🔼 On to the Next. No. 19 Boise State beach volleyball honored its eight seniors Saturday before falling to No. 11 Grand Canyon 3-2 and Washington 4-1 in the final home matches of the season, snapping a 26-dual home winning streak that dated to 2020. Ava Anderson and Addison Wolden went 2-0 on the day, with Anderson reaching 80 career wins, only the second player in program history to hit that mark, and surpassing the all-time record for career duals played (139). Wolden also moved into sole possession of fifth all-time with 72 career wins. The Broncos close out the regular season at the Alki Invitational in Seattle, April 17-18.

🔼 On Deck. Boise State softball fell 6-1 at No. 20 Grand Canyon on Saturday, with Kate Penberthy's eighth home run of the season providing the lone run against the nation's win leader. The Broncos host UNLV beginning Friday, April 17.

🔼 On Court. No. 65 Boise State men's tennis (19-8, 3-3 Mountain West) fell 4-2 to No. 67 Utah State on Saturday, with the Aggies claiming the outright Mountain West regular-season title. The Broncos won the doubles point behind victories from Carson Baker/Avery Tallakson and Stewart Aronson/Filip Soderqvist, the latter pair's milestone 20th win of the season, moving them to 15th in program history for single-season doubles wins. Filip Soderqvist added a dominant 6-3, 6-1 singles win to extend his winning streak to four. Boise State hosts UNLV in its regular-season finale April 18 at 11 a.m. MT.
