🎉 TRIVIA ANSWER
Answer: Six!
Boise State softball recently placed a quartet of student-athletes on NFCA All-Mountain Region teams. Outfielders Sophia Knight (first team) and Mykenzie Hanna (third team), first baseman Makenzie Butt (third team) and DP/utility Brooklynn Pettis (third team) were honored.
Butt was named the Mountain West Freshman of the Year in a season where she set a Boise State record and tied a conference freshman record with 22 home runs. She became the seventh freshman in NCAA history with at least 20 home runs and 75 RBI.
Catch a little of the action… 👇🏼
The #BoiseState softball team used a three-run sixth inning to rally back and beat #UtahState, 7-6, tonight.
Makenzie Butt started the rally with a one out single. Brooklyn Pettis then reached on an infield single before Megan Lake drew a bases loaded.
