🔼 Turn On the A.C. Yesterday, we broke this news, but here is the full story…
After a year in the Treasure Valley, Álvaro Cárdenas is returning home, but this time, as a professional.
On June 6, Valencia (Spain) Basket announced the club signed Cárdenas to a two-year contract. Playing in the ACB League, which features some of the highest competition in Spain, Cárdenas will join the Taronja Club.
"This is a move made with an eye on the future," said Luis Arbalejo, the club's sporting director. "We believe in his potential and want to support him in taking the right steps to continue growing and reach his full potential."
In his lone season at Boise State, Cárdenas started all 37 games and posted 11.5 points, 3.1 rebounds, 6.9 assists and 1.4 steals.
