Good Morning, Bronco Nation! Boise State freshman Filip Soderqvist earned ITA Mountain Region Rookie of the Year honors after a 43-win debut season.

The native of Sweden went 23-15 in singles and 20-13 in doubles, competed in all 31 spring matches, and posted a perfect 4-0 record in conference singles play.

🔼 What a Season. Congratulations to Raekwon Weatherspoon, who closed out an absolutely incredible season for the Broncos, as he earned an All-American honorable mention at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.

🔼 Serving the Community. Boise State women's tennis earned the ITA Community Service Award in the Mountain Region for the fifth time in program history and seventh consecutive season of ITA community recognition. Five student-athletes combined for 31 service hours during the academic year, volunteering with Make-A-Wish, Owyhee High School, and BroncoLife. The Broncos were the only Mountain West institution honored.

🔼 Getting it Done. Avery Allen has been dominant for Boise State beach volleyball! Fresh off her sophomore campaign, Allen is already seventh all-time in program history in career win percentage.

🔼 Program Update. Head softball coach Justin Shults is leaving Boise State after five seasons to become the associate head coach at Arkansas. Shults posted a 167-102 record and guided the Broncos to a Mountain West regular-season title in 2023, a No. 23 national ranking, and wins over No. 10 Stanford and No. 14 Ole Miss this past spring. Assistant coach Terra McGowan has been named interim head coach as Boise State conducts a national search ahead of its first season in the Pac-12.
