🔼 She’s Down For the Challenge. Boise State women's golf head coach Kailin Downs has been selected to coach Team USA at the 2025 TOYOTA Junior Golf World Cup. The event will be held at Chukyo Golf Club in Toyota, Japan, June 24-27. Downs will lead the American team that consists of Gianna Clemente, Nikki Oh and Scarlett Schremmer.

This will be the first time Downs represents the country as a coach. In 2004, she was a member of Team USA during the Fuji Xerox USA vs. Japan Collegiate Golf Championship, played in Ichihara, Japan. Downs and Team USA captured a 32-28 victory over Team Japan.

🔼 A Lasting Legacy. Boise State Athletics mourns the loss of former team physician Dr. George A. Wade, who was key to advancing the health and safety standards for Bronco student-athletes for six decades.

Dr. Wade moved to Boise in 1978 with the dream of starting an orthopedic practice specializing in sports medicine. He began his career with Dr. Richard Gardner, Idaho's first sports medicine orthopedist and the original Boise State team physician.

In 1979, Dr. Wade succeeded Dr. Gardner as the Broncos team physician and created Idaho Sports Medicine Institute (ISMI). He was inducted into the Boise State Athletics Hall of Fame in 2020.

🔼 This Rewind Brought To You By the Letter “C!” Carson, clinched, CLUTCH. Can’t wait for next season!

🔼 Frankie Goes to Camp. Francesca “Frankie” McGuire passes on her skills (and humility!) at Boise State Soccer Camp!
