🔼 Once a Bronco. Boise State softball head coach Andrew Rich has filled out his staff by hiring two former Broncos: Kelsey Broadus as associate head coach and Karlee Johnson as assistant coach. The duo were teammates on Boise State teams that made back-to-back NCAA regional appearances in 2018 and 2019, and both most recently served on Rich's staff at Idaho State, where they helped the Bengals reach the 2026 NCAA Championship for the first time in program history.
