🔼 This Team is Z-Best. The Boise State women's tennis team has been ranked No. 1 in the Mountain Region, while sophomore Zdena Safarova earned the top spot in singles, the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) announced in its final regional rankings.

The Mountain Region includes 21 teams and Boise State earned the top ranking after a historic season. The Broncos recorded 20 wins for the seventh time in program history, while capturing their first MW Tournament Championship. The Broncos went on to qualify for the NCAA Tournament, where they defeated No. 22 Baylor, earning their first NCAA Tournament victory since 2010 and their highest-ranked win since topping No. 21 Iowa that same year.
