🔼 For Your Amusement. Former Boise State WBB player Abby Muse signed a professional contract with Alba Berlin of the Damen Basketball Bundesligen (DBBL).

Muse, who is the program's all-time leading rebounder (1,127), scored 1,190 points in her career. She is one of two Broncos to collect at least 1,000 points and 1,000 rebounds in her career.

"My experience at Boise State helped prepare me, both as a person and an athlete, for this new challenge,” Muse said. “I could not be more grateful for the guidance received and lessons learned at this amazing place I've been so lucky to call home for the last five years."

🔼 Legacy Cemented. Boise State Beach Volleyball Head Coach Allison Voigt will be stepping down from the program, she announced on Thursday.

The winningest coach in program history, Voigt has amassed a 119-63 career coaching record since taking over the program prior to the 2019 season, and guided the squad through conference play after joining the SLC before the 2023 campaign.

🗣 "I've been blessed to work with the best student-athletes, coaches and staff members during my time with this program and am so grateful for all the relationships that I've developed here. I am extremely proud of all that we accomplished as a program in my time here and am looking forward to seeing what's next for this program as its number one fan." - Coach Voigt

🔼 When One Door Closes. Alex Venardos has been elevated to the head coach position of Boise State Beach Volleyball, Director of Athletics Jeramiah Dickey announced on Thursday. Venardos will succeed Allison Voigt, who decided to step down from the head coaching position earlier on Thursday.

Venardos has been a part of the program since 2016, when he joined as a practice player. He worked his way up into a volunteer assistant during the 2017 season and was promoted to a full-time assistant coaching role in 2019.

🗣 "He has served as the primary recruiter over the past few seasons and has experience building up a team that won a conference title and made the NCAA Tournament for the first time in program history.” - A.D. Dickey

🔼 Culture Club. Praise for Boise State football coach Spencer Danielson has been pouring in, particularly during Media Days.

🔼 Say “Cheese” And Other Things. That’s a wrap for Media Days, and as always, Coach Danielson dropped some important pearls of wisdom on how he approaches the offseason and more.
