Good Morning, Bronco Nation! The Boise State football team has once again proven that its squad members are the ones to watch: 👀 🏈👇🏼

Eight Boise State football players were selected to the 2025 Shrine Bowl 1000 Watchlist—Ty Benefield, Kage Casey, Jeremiah Earby, Matt Lauter, Maddux Madsen, A'Marion McCoy, Marco Notarainni and Jayden Virgin-Morgan represent the Broncos on this year's list.

Boise State EDGE Jayden Virgin-Morgan was tabbed to the Bronko Nagurski Watch List. The award is presented annually to the nation's most outstanding defensive player. Virgin-Morgan led the Broncos with 10.0 sacks and 15.5 tackles for loss in 2024, earning All-MW First Team honors.

Boise State offensive tackle Kage Casey was selected to the Outland Trophy Watch List for the second-straight year. The redshirt junior has been named Preseason All-America by Walter Camp (First Team), Athlon Sports (Second Team) and Phil Steele (Fourth Team) while earning Preseason All-MW and a spot on the Shrine Bowl 1000 Watchlist.

🔼 This is a “Lei” Up. Boise State men's basketball will face USC in the opening round of the 2025 Southwest Maui Invitational Chaminade.
 
Playing in game two of the tournament, the Broncos and Trojans will square off on Nov. 24 at 3 p.m. MT inside the Lahaina Civic Center on ESPN2. The contest will mark the first time the two teams have gone head-to-head in program history.  
 
Boise State's appearance in the Maui Invitational will be its first, while USC has competed in the tournament on two previous occasions (1999, 2012).

🔼 We Meet Again. Boise State Cross Country Head Coach Pat McCurry announced the team's 2025 schedule, Monday.
 
The Broncos' slate consists of four regular-season meets. To open the season, Boise State will compete in the Lewis & Clark Invite on Aug. 29 in Portland, Oregon.
 
For the third time in four years, the Blue and Orange head to South Bend, Indiana for the Joe Piane Invitational, which is hosted by Notre Dame on Oct. 3. The following day (Oct. 4), Boise State's football team will square off with the Fighting Irish at 1:30 p.m. MT inside Notre Dame Stadium.

🔼 Talk About Strokes of Genius. Boise State men's golfers Luke Cushman, Ryan Meyer and Cole Rueck were named 2024-25 NCAA Division I Cobalt Golf All-America (CGAA) Scholars.
 
To be eligible, student-athletes must be a sophomore, junior or senior, both academically and athletically. Additionally, all honorees must participate in at least 50 percent of their team's competitive rounds, have a stroke average under 76.0 and maintain a minimum cumulative career GPA of 3.2.
