Good Morning, Boise State 8/18: Let the Games Begin

The Boise State women’s soccer team earned a 1-1 draw with Idaho State on Sunday in the season opener.

Good Morning, Bronco Nation! The Boise State women’s soccer team earned a 1-1 draw with Idaho State on Sunday in the season opener and first Bronco Athletics event of the 2025/26 academic year. Boise State is now 13-8-3 against Idaho State.

Kenzie MacMillan gave the Broncos an early 1-0 lead when she rocketed a ball from just outside the box—the senior forward led in both shots on goal (2) and total shots (6).

🔼 Casey Keeps Kudos Coming. Boise State offensive tackle Kage Casey added another Preseason All-America accolade, garnering second-team honors from ESPN. The redshirt junior is up to four Preseason All-America recognitions this season, also earning honors from Walter Camp (first team), Athlon Sports (second team) and Phil Steele (fourth team).

Last season, Casey received All-America honors from five outlets. He was named second team by The Athletic and Walter Camp, third team by College Football Network, fourth team by Phil Steele and honorable mention by Sports Illustrated. The Clackamas HS product did not allow any sacks, ranking seventh among FBS offensive tackles with a 87.0 Pro Football Focus pass blocking grade.
