Good Morning, Bronco Nation! Asia Lawyer and Kenzie MacMillan each scored a goal to lead the Boise State soccer team to a 2-1 victory over Utah Tech, Sunday. MacMillan leads Boise State with two goals and two assists. The Broncos improved to 3-0-0 all-time against Utah Tech.

In the 25th minute, Lawyer received an entry pass from the right side of the box and finished for her first goal of the season and second of her career. MacMillan and freshman midfielder Madie Donovan provided the assists.

Freshman goalkeeper Ava De Leest notched her first collegiate win.

🔼 The Bre + Bella Show. This look at the libero position is the final submission of a four-part series featuring the Boise State volleyball team in a season preview of each position. The libero anchors the back line and organizes the team's defensive efforts on the court. The Broncos have two student-athletes returning from 2024 with extensive experience in Bre Mitchell and Bella McGirr.

"The libero needs to know a little bit more than everybody else about what we need to do with our service receive, taking enough court that they can make the people around them better,” said head coach Shawn Garus.

The libero position is the most experienced for the Broncos right now. Both Mitchell, a senior, and McGirr, a redshirt-junior, will be major contributors this season.
