Boise State long snapper Mason Hutton was named to the Patrick Mannelly Award Watch List.
Good Morning, Bronco Nation! Boise State long snapper Mason Hutton was named to the Patrick Mannelly Award Watch List. The award is presented annually to the best FBS long snapper. He is one of 30 players on the watch list and one of two student-athletes from the Mountain West. Hutton is the first player in program history to earn a spot on the Patrick Mannelly Award Watch List.
Hutton has been Boise State's primary long snapper since 2022, appearing in 42 games. The redshirt senior was tabbed Preseason All-MW First Team by Phil Steele. Last season, he led all MW long snappers with 133 snaps, contributing to a special teams unit that was successful on all 65 PAT attempts.

Gaines is one of two redshirt freshmen on the watch list. This is the sixth-straight season Boise State has been represented on the watch list. Ashton Jeanty was featured in 2024, with George Holani earning a spot from 2020-23.
Last season, Gaines ran for 156 yards and one touchdown on 20 carries before suffering a season-ending injury in the third game.

🔼 What’s the Point? DA Is! ICYMI! Dylan Andrews (6-2, 180 pounds), aka “DA,” joined the Broncos MBB team after spending the previous three collegiate seasons with UCLA. He appeared in 100 games (61 starts) for the Bruins and averaged 7.5 points, 1.6 rebounds and 2.6 assists while shooting 39.6 percent from the field.
As Coach Burns says, “He gives us some athleticism and tenacity defensively at the point guard position that’s really gonna help all of our defense.”

🔼 Final Puzzle Piece 🧩. Boise State women's tennis head coach Beck Roghaar announced the signing of Stella Beldiman—the third and final addition to the Broncos' 2025-26 roster.
A native of Cologne, Germany, Beldiman will join the Broncos following a successful junior career, having reached the top 100 in the German national rankings and the top five for her age group. She owns multiple wins over players with a Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) of 10.00 and higher.
🗣: She [Beldiman] plays an aggressive and physical brand of tennis and has weapons that can hurt you from so many different areas in her game." - Coach Roghaar
