Good Morning, Bronco Nation! Unbridled Campaign Chair Randy Hales and his wife, Lisa, have once again elevated their legacy of giving with a $2.2 million gift to Boise State Athletics. This transformational commitment is the latest milestone in their extraordinary partnership with the university and sets the pace for others to follow.

The Hales family's ties to Boise State run deep. Lisa is a proud alumna, and their son, Alec, also graduated from the university. Together, Randy and Lisa have supported initiatives across campus. Randy also currently serves as a Boise State Foundation board member and chairs the campaign committee for Unbridled: The Campaign for Boise State University, which aims to raise $500 million by 2028.

🔼 Love, Broncos. The Boise State men's tennis team opens its 2025 fall season this week, competing in three different events. The first is the annual Dar Walters Classic being held in Boise at the Appleton Tennis Center on campus, Julia Davis Park and Fort Boise (today only).
 
The other two are prestigious, invite-only tournaments featuring some of the top players in the country. They are the Battle in the Bay at San Francisco and the Blue-Gray National Tennis Classic at Montgomery, Alabama.

🔼 Bronco Football = Worth the Wait. Due to strong season ticket sales for Bronco football the past few years, Boise State Athletics has launched a season ticket waitlist for Bronco Nation to gain priority access to the seat selection process for the 2026 season.

The waitlist provides Boise State Athletics with an accurate count of individuals interested in obtaining new Bronco football season tickets, ensures up-to-date contact information and fosters transparency in the seat selection process. 2025 season ticket members do not need to join the waitlist and will be included in the annual renewal process for first right of refusal.

🔼 Razor-Sharp Play. Eliza Sharp recorded eight blocks and seven kills to lead Boise State to a sweep (25-22, 25-19, 25-20) over the Utah Tech Trailblazers on the opening day of the Boise State Invitational in Bronco Gym. The win improved Boise State's overall record to 5-2.
 
In all three sets, the Broncos took early leads and then held off the Trailblazers' rally attempts. Boise State never trailed in the match but was tied on eight occasions.

🔼 A Fire Within. Boise State soccer player Tara Fisher learned a lot of life lessons during her journey from a walk-on to a championship keeper. She now applies those very life lessons to her career as a firefighter.
