🔼 Manning Award Nod. Maddux Madsen was named one of eight Manning Award Stars of the Week after throwing for 204 yards and three touchdowns in Boise State's 32-7 win at Western Michigan. Two of those scores went to tight end Matt Wagner, with Ben Ford hauling in the third. Madsen also climbed to sixth in school history with 59 career touchdown passes. He has nine touchdowns and no interceptions on the season. It's the second Manning Award honor of his career.

🔼 Back to Boulder. Boise State men's golf returns to the Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational for the sixth straight year, teeing off today at Boulder Country Club. The 17-team field plays 54 holes over two days, opening with 36 holes of continuous play and an 8:15 a.m. MT shotgun start. The Broncos arrive off their first top-three finish of the season at the CDA National Reserve Invitational, where Reese Knox tied a personal best with a sixth-place showing. Boise State won this event outright by 10 strokes back in 2021.

🔼 Coming Home. Big reunion weekend upcoming for Boise State Athletics. The Broncos will honor the 2007 Fiesta Bowl team (Oct. 2-3), along with reunions for volleyball (Oct. 2-3) and soccer (Oct. 2-4)
