📈 STOCK UP

🔼 B1 Feature: Mana Tuioti Embraces his Role in the Bronco Brotherhood. Boise State sophomore linebacker Mana Tuioti heads to Eugene for Saturday's opener with a familiar view across the field. His dad, Tony, is Oregon's defensive line coach, his brother Teitum plays linebacker for the Ducks, and another brother, Teivis, serves on the Oregon staff. Mom will be in the stands wearing a jersey that's half Blue and Orange, half Green and Yellow. Tuioti made his mark as a freshman on special teams, becoming the only freshman in Boise State's FBS history with multiple fumble recoveries in a single season, and his ability to play both the Mike and Will spots gives the Broncos flexibility on defense.

🔼 300 & Counting. Shawn Garus picked up his 300th career win at Boise State in style last night, as the Broncos swept North Dakota State 3-0 in their home opener! It was also the program's first match in ExtraMile Arena since 2002, and the Blue and Orange made it memorable, hitting .358 as a team compared to the Bison's .144. Sydney Dreves led the way with a season-high-tying 12 kills, 15.5 points, and two service aces. Tehya Maeva notched the first Bronco double-double of the year with 18 assists and 10 digs. Boise State returns to The X tonight to face UNLV at 6 p.m. MT.

🔼 Record-Tying Streak. Boise State soccer blanked UC San Diego last night to extend its home unbeaten streak to 11 matches, tying the program record. Asia Lawyer provided the only goal in the 73rd minute, finishing a rebound after a Campbell Wilson shot came off the left post. Ava de Leest made two saves for her third shutout of the season and the ninth of her career, tying her for eighth in program history. The Broncos are now 4-1-1 overall and one of just two Pac-12 teams still undefeated at home.

🔼 All-American. Congratulations to Boise State beach volleyball freshman Kate MacDonald, who was one of just eight players across the nation who earned AVCA Junior Beach First Team All-American honors!

🔼 Preseason Slate Set. Boise State men's basketball will play three exhibition games ahead of its Nov. 4 season opener. The Broncos open against in-state rival Idaho on Saturday, Oct. 10, at Idaho Central Arena with a 5 p.m. MT tip, then return downtown to host Washington on Saturday, Oct. 17, at 7 p.m. MT. The preseason wraps at ExtraMile Arena on Thursday, Oct. 29, against NAIA Bismarck State, where seating is general admission and free to the public. Tickets for the two Idaho Central Arena games go on sale Sept. 10 and Sept. 15.

🔼 First Serve. Boise State women's tennis’ fall schedule is here with the Broncos set to open at home with the annual Barb Chandler tournament from Sept. 18-20. Qualifying players will head to Cary, N.C., for the ITA All-American Championships Sept. 19-27, while the rest of the squad travels to the San Diego Invite. The Broncos also join the new Pac-12 members in Spokane for the first time from Oct. 23-25 and close the regular season at the Wildcat Invite in Tucson Nov. 13-15. Boise State is coming off a regular-season championship in the spring.

🔼 Dress Like Coach. Boise State Athletics and Nike have teamed up with head coach Spencer Danielson on a new Coaches Collection apparel line, letting Bronco Nation wear the same styles Danielson will sport on the sidelines this season. The collection features two Boise State designs across five silhouettes: a black hooded fleece, long-sleeve tee, short-sleeve tee, long-sleeve hooded tee, and half-zip fleece. Gear is available now at The Blue and Orange Store locations, Scheels in Meridian, the Bronco Shop, and Fanatics online. Details here.

🔼 How High? Mark your calendars because Boise State cross country & track & field is hosting Run, Jump, and Throw Night on Oct. 13! More details on registering here.

🔼 Broncos After Boise. Boise State introduces Broncos After Boise to catch up with student-athletes after they’ve left campus. First up is former softball star Karlee Johnson, who looks back at her time as a Bronco.
