Good Morning, Boise State 9/8: Broncos' Overachieving O-Line

Boise State dominated Friday night, defeating Eastern Washington 51-14 in the squad's home opener at Albertsons Stadium and finishing with 637 total yards offensively.

Good Morning, Bronco Nation! Boise State won in convincing fashion Friday night, defeating Eastern Washington 51-14 in the squad's home opener at Albertsons Stadium.

The Broncos (1-1) were razor-sharp offensively, finishing with 637 total yards. Boise State recorded 328 yards from the ground attack and 309 yards in the air, marking the first time the squad has recorded over 300 yards in both areas since a Sept. 8, 2018 victory over Connecticut.

Maddux Madsen was efficient in the pocket, matching his career-high with 307 passing yards and throwing for two touchdowns. Both scores were thrown to redshirt senior Ben Ford.
