Good Morning, Bronco Nation! Natalie Pasco and Mya Hansen both recorded season-highs, scoring 25 and 21 points respectively, to lead Boise State women's basketball past Utah State, 82-77, Wednesday night.

Pasco drilled a season-high five 3-pointers in the contest, while Hansen shot 4-of-7 from beyond the arc to help carry the Broncos (12-5, 2-2 Mountain West) to victory.

🔼 Bleeding Blue. Director of Athletics Jeramiah Dickey has signed a five-year contract extension through the 2028-29 academic year.

Dickey has seen the Broncos achieve across-the-board success, including 30 team and individual conference championships, more than $70 million raised through fundraising in his first three years, record attendance in nearly every ticketed sport, and several head coaching hires that went on to win championships and earn coach of the year honors.

🔼 They’re Wicked Smart. Boise State student-athletes excelled in the classroom during the 2024 fall semester as they recorded the second-best single semester grade point average (GPA) in department history and combined to tie the highest all-department cumulative GPA. The cumulative mark stands at 3.42 and the fall semester checked in at 3.38.  It is the 34th consecutive semester the department posted a term GPA of 3.0 or higher.

🔼 Bearing Witness. Coach Danielson’s nomination for the Bear Bryant Award is well deserved. In his first year as full-time head coach, Danielson led Boise State to a 12-2 record, the No. 3 seed in the College Football Playoff and an appearance in the Vrbo Fiesta Bowl. The Broncos won the MW Championship for the second-straight year, the first time Boise State has captured back-to-back MW titles. He was also named AFCA Region 5 Coach of the Year and MW Coach of the Year. Danielson is a finalist for the AFCA Coach of the Year.
