🔼 All Around Performance. Behind another noteworthy Ashton Jeanty performance and a stifling defense that produced eight sacks, No. 17 Boise State took down Hawai'i, 28-7 on Saturday evening. Jeanty recorded his third 200+ yard rushing game of the season, notching 217 yards on the ground on 31 attempts. Defensively, the Broncos matched their season-high with eight sacks and held the Rainbow Warriors to a season-low of 15 rushing yards. Jayden Virgin-Morgan had a career night, finishing with career-highs in tackles (six) and sacks (2.5). Seyi Oladipo (2), Braxton Fely (1.5) and Ahmed Hassanein (1.5) each added multiple sacks for the squad. The win improves Boise State to 5-1 on the season and 2-0 in the Mountain West.

🔼 Comeback Broncos. Boise State women's soccer came back after trailing at halftime to earn a 2-1 victory over Wyoming. After being down 1-0 at halftime, Carly Cross tied the match in the 49th minute as she snuck a shot into the bottom left corner of the goal. Then, Kayla Soderstrom struck in the 63rd minute, scoring a goal to give the Broncos the lead for good. The win was Boise State’s second victory when trailing at half this season and the fourth of head coach Jim Thomas's career.
🔼 Ticket Punched. Boise State beach volleyball's Ava Anderson and Addison Wolden won the Spokane AVCA Pairs Tournament in a thrilling, three-set championship match on Sunday. The victory earned Boise State a second bid to the AVCA National Pairs Championship on Nov. 15-17 in Huntsville, Alabama. After finishing 2-1 in pool play on Saturday, the pair rattled off four straight victories to claim the bid.
🔼 Tee Time. The Boise State women’s golf team is set to open October in Oklahoma, playing at the Dale McNamara Invitational, hosted by Tulsa at the Cedar Ridge Country Club. The first two rounds will be played on Oct. 14, followed by the final round on Oct. 15. In the Broncos’ last outing, the team fired a school-record 856 (-8) at the Golfweek Red Sky Classic, tying for second. With this performance, Boise State has notched eight of the program’s top 10 three-round scores under Kailin Downs, who started coaching in the Treasure Valley in 2021.
🔼 Took It To Five. Boise State volleyball lost a heartbreaker in Laramie, Wyoming, Saturday night, falling in five sets in Mountain West play. Kiki Remensperger led with her first career triple-double on 12 kills, 26 assists and 26 digs, all career highs. Paige Bartsch had a team-high 17 kills with 14 digs for her sixth double-double of the season.
