🔼 Closed It Out. Gavyn Knight and Cole Rueck each finished 2-under to tie for fourth and lead the Boise State men's golf team to a third-place finish at the Oregon State Invitational. The Broncos moved up one spot in the final round to finish 2-over. Knight earned his third top 10 in four tournaments this fall and equaled a career-best finish. Rueck picked up his second top 10 and first top five of the season. Next up, Boise State travels to Lahaina, Hawai'i for the Ka'anapali Classic from Nov. 2-4.

Carson Baker led the team, advancing to the quarterfinal round in singles with a pair of victories before falling in three sets. Lukas Velik went a team-best 3-2 overall in singles, winning three pick-up matches after falling in his tournament opener. Next up, Boise State will send nine squad members to the ITA Mountain Region Championships in Las Vegas the week of Oct. 17-22.
🔼 More To Come. Ten former Broncos will represent the Blue and Orange in the NFL this weekend, including Ezra Cleveland, who will play in London with the Jacksonville Jaguars. Khalil Shakir and the Buffalo Bills will play their fourth nationally-televised game of the season, appearing on Monday Night Football.

Boise State’s Brooke Patterson, a member of the women's golf team and Eagle native, was selected as one of 100 NCAA female student-athletes to participate in the NCAA x Meta Empowerment Program, a collaboration that will help maximize their name, image and likeness endeavors throughout their time as college athletes.
