🔷 ONE TWO BIG THINGS
Two Boise State football players earned Mountain West recognition for their play on the field on Oct. 28 with weekly awards.
For the first time in his career, wide receiver Eric McAlister earned the MW Offensive Player of the Week award following his seven reception, 160-yard and one touchdown performance against the Cowboys. Currently, McAlister is tied for first in the nation with 11 contested catches and is 10th in yards per game.
Quarterback Maddux Madsen completed a career-high 12 passes for 147 yards and a touchdown, earning him the MW Freshman of the Week award. It’s the second time this season that Madsen has earned the award, and the second time that two Broncos were selected as MW weekly award winners this season.

Sippel earned two straight-set victories in singles play. In doubles, he teamed up with Jett Middleton and earned a 6-0 victory.
Next up, the Broncos will travel to the Lone Star State to compete in the Ralston/Neufeld Coaches Challenge hosted by SMU from Nov. 3 - 5.

In this episode, he interviews redshirt-sophomore guard RJ Keene as he talks about the team, the Boise State community and the upcoming 2023-24 season.
