🔼 Orange Over Blue. Team Orange exploded for seven runs in the first two innings and made them stand up in a 7-4 victory over Team Blue to capture the 2024 Boise State Softball Fall World Series. Brook Thompson, Leah McAnally and Mykenzie Hanna, playing for Team Orange, were each named top performers of the series. Hanna and McAnally combined for four home runs in the series while Thompson pitched in three games, finishing with a 2-0 record, 10 strikeouts and a 2.62 ERA.

The Broncos will send seven members of the team to compete in both singles and doubles play over the three-day event. The last time out, senior Bhakti Shah and freshman Paula Schaefer paired up for the first time at the Mountain Region Championships, where they went 3-1 with a victory over the country’s No. 8 ranked duo.
🔼 Back On The Hardwood. Boise State women's basketball will open the 2024-25 season with an exhibition matchup against Bushnell on Saturday, Nov. 2, at 1 p.m. in ExtraMile Arena. The Broncos returned 92.9% of the team’s scoring last season, the most in the Mountain West. The squad returns 12 letterwinners, including all five starters, from a squad that finished 21-14 and reached the semifinal round of the MW Tournament.
