Trailing 14-0 early in the second quarter, the Broncos outscored the Spartans 42-7 over the remainder of the contest. Ashton Jeanty added to his Hei2man resume, rushing for 159 yards and three touchdowns. The Boise State defense also showed out, forcing four turnovers in the win with Ty Benefield recording both an interception and a forced fumble.
🔼 Protected The X. Boise State men’s basketball’s Tyson Degenhart registered 20 points and 11 rebounds, Andrew Meadow had a career-high 18 points and the Broncos won the rebounding margin as the team defeated Clemson 84-71 in a non-conference showdown Sunday afternoon at ExtraMile Arena. The win was Boise State's 15th straight against a nonconference opponent at home as the Broncos improved to 3-1 on the season.
🔼 Clinched. Boise State volleyball’s Annie Kaminski recorded a season-high 15 kills and hit .636 in the match to lead the Broncos to a road sweep at Air Force. The win improved Boise State to 17-10 overall and 9-8 in conference play and clinched a berth into the Mountain West Championship at Las Vegas in two weeks.
🔼 Moving On. Fifth-year Joe Hudson and junior Kaiya Robertson have punched their tickets to the 2024 Division I Cross Country Championships following their performances in the NCAA West Regional. Hudson will compete for a second consecutive season after earning first-team All-Mountain West and All-Region selections. Roberston will make her NCAA Championships debut after finishing ninth at the NCAA West Regional.
🔼 History Achieved. Boise State beach volleyball's Ava Anderson and Addison Wolden became the first Bronco pair to reach the championship bracket in the AVCA National Pairs Championship, finishing in 25th place. The duo finished 1-1 in pool play to earn a spot in the bracket where they fell in the opening round. The remainder of the team competed at the Lopes Invitational in Phoenix. Summer McCann and Addison Moss had a dominant showing, winning the Gold Bracket Playoff of the 5s and 6s Division on both days.
🔼 Milestone Matchup. Boise State women's basketball will wrap up its four-game homestand against College of Idaho on Monday, Nov. 18 at noon in ExtraMile Arena. The contest will mark Boise State head coach Gordy Presnell’s 600th career game at the helm of the program. The Broncos will look to start 4-0 for the second consecutive season and the third time in five years coming off a 72-57 victory against UC Riverside.
