📱 FROM THE AD’S DESK

Boise State Athletics is sharing another tool in its approach to support student-athletes to address stress, promote good mental well-being, and offer guidelines to recognize when someone might be struggling with mental health.

🗣️ "The training provides real-life examples of how to be more compassionate, helpful, and a good listener. Nearly 50 percent of our student-athletes have already completed the training. This is just one more resource we have added to meet the needs of our student-athletes, coaches, and staff." - Stephanie Donaldson, director of athletic counseling & performance psychology
