🔼 Let’s Roll. A historic season for Boise State football will continue in the first edition of the expanded College Football Playoff. The Broncos were ranked No. 9, the third-highest conference champion. As the No. 3 seed, Boise State earned a first-round bye and will play in the Vrbo Fiesta Bowl on Dec. 31 against the winner of Penn State vs. SMU.

The Broncos secured a spot in the playoff with a 21-7 win over No. 20 UNLV in the 2024 Old Trapper Mountain West Championship. HEI2MAN candidate Ashton Jeanty was the Offensive MVP, running for 209 yards and one touchdown. The MW Offensive Player of the Year has 2,497 rushing yards this season, the fourth-highest single-season total in FBS history. All-MW safety Seyi Oladipo was the Defensive MVP, finishing the contest with 10 tackles, 2.0 TFLs, one sack and a forced fumble.

🔼 Another Win. Boise State women's basketball improved to 7-0 at home this season and have won 15-straight nonconference games in Boise after defeating San Diego 76-59 at ExtraMile Arena on Sunday. Natalie Pasco scored a game-high 18 points on 7-of-9 shooting, including 4-for-4 from beyond the arc while Elodie Lalotte added 14 points on 7-for-9 from the floor for the Broncos.

🔼 Strong Start. Boise State track and field’s Kaiya Robertson recorded the third-fastest indoor mile time in school history at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener, while Boise State tallied 28 personal bests at the Silver State Invitational and Multis. The Broncos secured five event wins in Reno, Nevada, highlighted by senior Janiah Brown's victory in the women's mile during her career debut race in the event.

🔼 Valiant Effort. Despite nearly erasing a 24-point deficit, Washington State defeated Boise State, 74-69, on Saturday afternoon inside Idaho Central Arena. Guard Andrew Meadow had a career afternoon and scored a game- and career-high 21 points on 7-of-13 shooting. He added seven rebounds, one steal and a block. The Broncos have a week in between games and will play Saint Mary's on Saturday, Dec. 14.
