🔷 ONE BIG THING

Boise State women's tennis has announced the addition of Masa Viriant to the 2024 recruiting class. She has consistently been ranked as one of the top juniors in Slovenia, rising as high as No. 3 in the national junior rankings. Viriant’s international success has earned her an ITF World Junior ranking of 465. The incoming Bronco also won the 2020 National Vice Championship U16 in Slovenia.

🗣️ "Masa is without a doubt our kind of player. She is relentless in her work ethic and has an elite mindset towards training, competition and development each and every day. She's a competitor through and through and her love for the sport brings such a positive energy to everything she does to improve both on and off the court." - Beck Roghaar, Boise State women’s tennis head coach

📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Conference Clash. Boise State women’s basketball will face off against Nevada in the team’s Mountain West home opener. The Broncos enter the matchup 9-5 on the season while the Wolf Pack comes into the game with a 6-8 record. The Blue and Orange lead the all-time series 46-19 dating back to 1979.

Sharp-shooter Natalie Pasco comes into the matchup leading the team in scoring with 13.6 points per game. She also leads the MW in 3-point percentage, shooting 36.1% from beyond the arc. A win would have Boise State start the season 8-0 at home for just the sixth time in program history.

🔼 Looking Back. Heading into 2024, Boise State cross country looks back on one of its best moments of the season, Joe Hudson representing the Blue and Orange at the 2023 NCAA Cross Country Championships. Hudson secured the highest male finish since 2019!

🔼 Unbridled. Husband and wife Carey Simons and Debbie Oliver are diehard Bronco Football fans. Check out how they are investing in Bronco Athletics.
