🔼 No Strokes of Luck. For the second-straight year, Boise State junior Cole Rueck won the Genesis Collegiate Showcase. Rueck carded a 3-under 69 at legendary Torrey Pines, a two-time host to the U.S. Open, Monday.

With the victory, he earned an invitation to the Barracuda Championship, a PGA Tour and European Tour event, taking place July 14-20, 2025, at Tahoe Mountain Club in Truckee, California.

🔼 Stars On the Rise 💫. Emily Lopez and Kristina Shchennikova each earned Mountain West weekly honors following their performances against Air Force and Greenville on Feb. 9. Lopez garnered Co-Vault Specialist of the Week (her 12th-career MW specialist of the week accolade), while Shchennikova received Co-Beam Specialist of the Week and Freshman of the Week (her second and third MW weekly honors).

Lopez scored a 9.800 on vault to secure the event title at the meet against Air Force and Greenville. Shchennikova made her collegiate debut on beam, scoring a 9.900—the highest beam score by a Bronco freshman since Shani Remme scored a 9.925 on March 6, 2016.
