Following an impressive showing in Malibu, Calif., Boise State beach volleyball's Marlayna Bullington and Sierra Land were named the Southland Conference Pair of the Week. The honor marks the first weekly award the program has received this season and the fourth in program history. The duo took down the No. 1 pairs from Pepperdine, Arizona State, San Francisco and Vanguard. The duo is off to a hot start on the season, holding an 8-2 record on court one. The pair is just four wins away from matching the program's season record of 12 wins on the top court, set by Erin Martin and Yasmin Tan during the 2022 season.

🔼 Hard Fought. Boise State men’s basketball fell in its bout against Nevada, 76-66. Tyson Degenhart and Max Rice each finished with a team-high 15 points on the night while Andrew Meadow added six points off the bench on his 2-for-3 shooting from beyond the arc. In the Broncos’ final home game of the season, Boise State achieved a program record of 169,017 members of Bronco Nation attending games at The X during the 2023-24 season. Boise State will play in its final regular season contest on the road on Friday against San Diego State.

🔼 Regular Season Finale. Boise State women's basketball fell to Colorado State in the final game of the regular season, 64-50. The loss moved the Broncos into a tie for fourth place in the Mountain West standings. Trista Hull led the Broncos with nine points and six rebounds. The junior shot 3-of-6 from the field and finished 3-of-3 from the free throw line. Mary Kay Naro moved into second place in program history with 459 career assists. The senior moved past graduate assistant coach Jayde Christopher (2018-20), who dished out 457 assists.

Now, Boise State will get ready to compete in the 2024 MW Basketball Championship at the Thomas & Mack Arena in Las Vegas. The first round begins on Sunday, March 10, and the official bracket will be posted once all MW games are finalized.

🔼 Another Round of Accolades. Seniors Courtney Blackson, Emily Lopez and Adriana Popp, and junior Emma Loyim each received a Mountain West Specialist of the Week accolade following their performances in the Broncos' quad meet. Blackson, who earned her third win this season, and Loyim, who posted a career-best 9.950, shared Floor Specialist of the Week honors. Lopez collected Bars Specialist of the Week after she won her sixth event of the season after tying for first on the apparatus with a 9.925. Popp was named a Co-Beam Specialist of the Week after winning beam for the third-straight week. The Broncos will host Utah State and Oregon State in their final home meet on March 17 at noon at The X.

🔼 Two Top Tens. On the final day at the Cleveland Golf Palmetto Intercollegiate, Boise State men’s golf finished the tournament in seventh place with a three-round score of 26-over par. The Broncos had two of their competitors shine with top-10 finishes as Alex Talbot finished in a tie for fourth at even par while Cole Rueck wrapped up his showing in Aiken, S.C., at 2-over par. The Broncos will be back in action March 10-12 in Oregon at the Bandon Dunes Collegiate.
