On October 27, 1973, Boise State football rushed for 531 yards in a single game, a school record at the time, and a record that stands to this day. The running back room comprised of Harry Riener, Chester Grey, John Smith and Ron Emry helped earn the Broncos a 55-7 victory with their impressive performance en route to a Big Sky conference title.

🔼 From The Spot. With the 2024 soccer season right around the corner, it's time for another season of From The Spot. In this welcome back episode, Leonard Barry and Jim Thomas sit down and discuss all things Bronco soccer to get you ready for the upcoming campaign. Hear about the new additions, returning stars, and how the Broncos have handled themselves in the off-season to be prepared for their first match on August 16th.

🔼 All-American Quartet. Four Boise State football players continued to rack up the preseason honors as College Football News (CFN) released its 2024 Preseason All-America teams. Running back Ashton Jeanty and punter James Ferguson-Reynolds were included on the first team, with defensive end Ahmed Hassanein and kicker Jonah Dalmas garnering honorable mentions.

🔼 Work In The Community. Through BroncoLife’s summer onboarding program, the freshmen football players have taken action to develop as a team and individuals by participating in interactive workshops highlighting Personal Development & Community Engagement. These workshops allowed these student-athletes to define their core values and engage in meaningful conversations about how they can positively impact their community.

🔼 Top Class. The Outland Trophy, awarded annually to the nation’s most outstanding interior lineman, named Boise State redshirt sophomore Kage Casey to its 2024 Preseason Watch List. In his first season as a starter, Casey anchored an offensive line that paved the way for 214.9 rushing yards per game, ranking sixth in the nation. The Broncos were one of two teams in the country to have multiple players run for multiple touchdowns of 50+ yards, and the unit tied for first in the FBS with 14 total plays of 50+ yards.

🔼 Meet The Team. Meet some of our student-athletes participating in the BroncoLife Summer Internship Program! These interns have the opportunity to participate in meaningful projects and receive hands-on, job experience in various departments within athletics.

🔼 Bronco, Meet Bronko. The Football Writers Association of America announced the 2024 Bronko Nagurski Trophy Watch List, which features Boise State senior Ahmed Hassanein. The defensive end is one of 75 players recognized on the list for the trophy, given annually to the nation's most outstanding defensive player. The senior shared MW Preseason Defensive Player of the Year honors, was recognized as a preseason All-American by Phil Steele from Athlon Sports and was added to the East-West Shrine Bowl 1000 Watchlist.

🔼 So Golden. Mane Line is leaving NDA College Camp with a gold bid to Nationals. Bronco Spirit will represent Boise State as the team gears up for the start of the season.
