🔼 Back In The Poll. Boise State football continued its annual tradition, nearly a quarter-century old, as the Broncos received votes in the Associated Press preseason college football poll for the 23rd straight season. The AP tallied 47 points for the Broncos, the most the program has received in a preseason AP poll since 2018 when Boise State entered the season ranked No. 22, receiving 292 points.

🔼 Off The Blue. Ahead of the Broncos’ first game of the 2024 season, Off The Blue, from the Bronco Sports Podcast Network, welcomes the 2023 All-MW Second Team selection and forward, Carly Cross. The crew talks about how she got into the sport, the success she has found in Boise, and what she expects from the team heading into the home opener this Friday.

🔼 Watch Out. Boise State defensive end Ahmed Hassanein added another accolade, earning a spot on the Bednarik Award Preseason Watch List, an award given to the best college defensive player of the year by the Maxwell Football Club. Hassanein's dominant 2023 campaign saw him compile 12.5 sacks, ranking sixth in the country, and 16.5 TFLs, ranking 19th in the country. He tallied at least 0.5 sacks in nine consecutive games, the longest streak in the FBS since 2015. The native of Cairo, Egypt, was tabbed All-Mountain West first team and CSC Academic All-America second team.

🔼 Final Introduction. It’s time to introduce the final members of this season’s Boise State soccer team: the goalkeepers.

She also recorded 94 saves on the season, ranking her third in the MW and 31st in the NCAA.

⚽️ Redshirt junior Jazmyn Brass played limited minutes last season and returns as a goalkeeper for the Broncos. Gabrielle Hanke and Molly McCabe both redshirted last season and look to make their Boise State debuts.
