📈 STOCK UP

🔼 Sweet, Sweet Victory. The Boise State men's cross country team claimed first place at the Cougar Classic, finishing ahead of host Washington State and nationally-ranked Gonzaga. The women took second, just ten points shy of top 25 ranked Gonzaga. Brian Kiprotich (23:37.8), Joe Hudson (23:39.5), and Tom Graham-Marr (23:40.3) guided the front of the pack, finishing second, third, and fourth overall. The men finished six points clear of the next closest team.

🔼 On A Roll. Boise State soccer extended its win streak to three following the team’s 3-0 win over Southern Utah on Sunday afternoon. Avery McBride led the attack for the Blue and Orange, scoring two goals on three shots, but it was Carly Cross who got the first point on the board to start the second half. Boise State will head into its next match 6-1, looking to extend the streak on Thursday against Montana.

 

🔼 Surging Ahead. Boise State volleyball closed out the Boise State Classic with its second victory of the weekend, a three-set win over Gonzaga. Both Annie Kaminsky and Kiki Remensperger earned a spot on the All-Tournament Team following solid performances in the third match. Kaminski hit .474 against the Bulldogs; she has hit above .400 in seven of nine matches, including four straight. Remensperger tallied 20 assists and five blocks during the weekend’s final match.

🔼 Return To The Courts. Boise State men's tennis opened the 2024 fall campaign this week by sending representatives to the Dar Walters Classic in Boise and the Battle of the Bay in San Francisco. Dylan Jaen and Adam Duda represented the Broncos at the Dar Walters Classic, winning both first-round singles and doubles matches, but came up short in their next two encounters. Jett Middleton and Lukas Velik traveled to San Francisco for the Battle of the Bay, where they came up just short in the doubles consolation final.

🔼 Top Priorities. During National Suicide Prevention Week and in partnership with BroncoBOLD, Boise State football visited Boise schools to engage with students and discuss the importance of mental health. Check out highlights from their visits.
