For the first time in her career, Breanna Mitchell has been named the MW Defensive Player of the Week.

Throughout the Boise State Classic last weekend, Mitchell led the Broncos defensively, averaging 17.3 digs per match en route to a 2-1 tournament record. Over the course of the three matches, the libero had a serve percentage of .917 and only recorded four errors.

🔼 Wrapped Up. The second tournament of the year is in the books for Boise State men’s golf as the Broncos wrapped up an 11th place finish to close out the Kansas State Wildcat Invitational.

Gavyn Knight finished as Boise State’s low man of the day two with a 1-over par round that included four birdies on the day. Cole Rueck was the Broncos’ best finisher for the tournament with a t-22 finish.

Next up, the Broncos will head to Boulder, Colo. in October to compete in the Mark Simpson Colorado Invitational.

🔼 Back On The Field. Boise State softball is back on the field in preparation for some fall ball later on this month. The Broncos are gearing up for their eight-game fall schedule in 2023 that will consist of exhibition games against opponents Oregon, Western Washington, Oregon State and others.
